Evandale house hunting?

Are you looking for a house renovation or investment rental situation in Evandale?

    The historic Georgian village of Evandale is set in farmland  with views of mountains across pastures. 7 k from the airport and Midlands Hwy. The  South Esk River runs close. There are flocks of small birds prevalent in the village. Parterre hedges, cottage gardens and gravel paths underfoot. Small grocer shopping, boutiques, antiques, galleries and artist studios. Horses are pastured localy. As are sheep, cows, goats.
